Job Description:

Handle business correspondence drafting, internal reports and numerical data analyzing

Manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments

Provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient operation

Ensure proper personal filling and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

At least 4 years experiences in secretarial support or equivalent

Excellent English speaking and writing is a must

Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
