Job Description:

– Supervise and directs activities of Human Resoureces Department

– Manage the day to day issues along in HR Department

– Develop in-house assessment procedures and develop strategies within the mangement

– Review and develop the existing recruitment process structure that assists managers how to identify their needs and implements strategies that find excellent staff for all placements

– Ensure that both the management of the company and the staff adhere to the company rules and regulations and to all existing agreements

Job Requirement:

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field

– At least 10 years of general HR practitioner experience with minimum 5 years on managerial level

– Strong in management, organization, coaching and mentoring, combination between service orientation and management skills

– Fluent written and spoken English
