RESTAURANT MANAGER (Hospitality)

Job Description:

– Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

– Nurture positive working environment and lead by example

– Appraise personnel’s performance, provide feedback and training to keep them motivated and productive

– Perform all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures

– Maintain a clean store, following visual presentation plan and standard which compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

– Ensure and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor degree in tourism, hospitality or related field

– At least 3 years of experience in hotel restaurant or hospitality industry

– Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service

– Demonstrated career experience in customer service management, strong leadership, motivational and people skills

– Good command of spoken and written English
