– Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team and mobilize team to achieve company target, collective goals, and objectives

– Develop and implement sales and marketing plans in alignment with market potential

– Build and promote company product to meet client’s business need and analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends

– Help in reviewing and developing sales approaches, guidelines, and training to ensure a competitive edge

– Administer the agreed operating budget for staff costs, operating expenses and working capital management include responsible for division P&L

– Responsible for securing and maximizing all sales opportunities from determined market segments and actively source new accounts and develop existing account


– Bachelor degree from business/sales & marketing or other related discipline

– Experience for more than 8 years with 5 years in managerial or supervisor role, preferably having experience working in FMCG company

– Good knowledge on premium building material such as porcelain or ceramics

– Strong leadership with excellent verbal communication and ability to lead the team for business development

– Self-motivated, dynamic, result driven and strong business acumen with wide range of networking in business relationships, good presentation and negotiation skills
