Job Description:
– Handle business correspondence drafting, internal reports and numerical data analyzing
– Manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments
– Provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient operation
– Ensure proper personal filling and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
– At least 4 years experiences in secretarial support or equivalent
– Excellent English speaking and writing is a must
– Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Service-oriented and result-driven
