Job Description:
– Execute effective HR strategies and action plans for manpower recruitment, retention and development
– Handle full spectrum HR functions include manpower planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, training and development and industrial relation
– Manage the day to day issues along in HR Department
– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, control and compliance
– Ensure that both the management of the company and the staff adhere to the company rules and regulations and to all existing agreements
Job Requirement:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Human Resource Management or equivalent
– At least 10 years of general HR practitioner experience with minimum 5 years on managerial level
– Strong in management, organization, coaching and mentoring, combination between service orientation and management skills
– Fluent written and spoken English
